I just came across a pool site that looked like it was a real site with a whole pool network, plenty of players and had been live for a few years with good feedback.

When I went to the "play now" button for the pool download it sent me off to a different pool download that was for a website where I already play.

This really annoys me because I was looking for a new pool download website so that I could try out playing some games that I hadn't come across before and all I end up with is downloading the same pool game that I have already been playing before.

People like this are falsely setting up pool download websites just so that you can download a different site. It would be a much better online pool community if websites like this weren't out there as it just makes people not trust other sites that could be good.

I'm thinking of building a list of websites that we can find that do this.

Has anyone else come across websites that are also doing this fake pool downloading?
